If you are not happy with your goods or need to exchange an item for a different size you may cancel your order at any time during the cancellation period. Order cancellations must be made in writing by email to orders@littlelollypops.co.uk quoting order details or by returning our email acknowledgement. The cancellation period commences as of the date you receive our email acknowledging receipt of your order and ends on the 7th working day following receipt of the merchandise by you or, in the case of gifts, the person who received them.

In the event of returns, exchanges or cancellations we require that you return the new and unused goods to us in their original packaging with all original labelling attached. Returns on items such as lingerie and swimwear may not be accepted.

Please note: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser´s cost. Little Lollypops Ltd is not responsible for any item that is no returned in the manner set forth above.

We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date of your notice of cancellation or return order. After 7 days items may only be returned for an exchange, after 14 days items may not be returned.

All goods returned for exchange or refund must be sent to the address provided on the order confirmation e-mail, or the invoice received with your goods.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

Littlelollypops.co.uk will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

• where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
• where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
• we will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK
• where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

Please note we will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Explanation of New and Unused Goods

New and Unused means that there should be no marks on the items, or any wear on the labels. We do not sell second hand items and therefore will not accept any goods showing indication of use. In such cases, the items will be returned to the purchaser at their cost. Goods contaminated by an unhealthy environment will also not be accepted... i.e. pet hairs, smoking... Little Lollypops is not responsible for any goods that are not returned in the manner set forth above.

Refunds

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date returned items are received by Little Lollypops. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding delivery charges and recovery costs.
