Once you have received your order and you need to exchange an item for a different size you may cancel your order at any time during the Cancellation period. Order cancellation must be made in writing to orders@littlelollypops.co.uk quoting order details, or by returning our email acknowledgment of your order. The cancellation period commences as of the date you receive our email acknowledging receipt of your order and ends on the 7th working day following receipt of the merchandise by you or, in the case of gifts, the person who received them.

We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your notice of cancellation or return order. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. If you are returning, exchanging, or cancelling all or part of an order we require that you do so with new and unused items in their original packaging and with all labels still attached.

All goods returned for exchange or refund must be sent to the address provided on the order confirmation e-mail, or the invoice received with your goods. Returns will be handled within 14 working days.

Postage for returned goods is the customer's responsibility. We cannot take responsibility for goods that do not reach us; therefore we strongly advise that you send any returned goods by recorded delivery. Packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.

Refunds or exchanges on any clearance sale goods will not be allowed, as they are already heavily discounted.

Little Lollypops wish for all customers to be happy with their orders; therefore we will do everything possible to make sure all orders reach our customers promptly and in good condition. We check all items prior to posting and will never knowingly sell faulty goods.

Explanation of New and Unused Goods

New and Unused means that there should be no marks on the items, or any wear on the labels. We do not sell second hand items and therefore will not accept any goods showing indication of use. In such cases, the items will be returned to the purchaser at their cost. Goods contaminated by an unhealthy environment will also not be accepted... i.e. pet hairs, smoking... Little Lollypops is not responsible for any goods that are not returned in the manner set forth above.

Refunds

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date returned items are received by Little Lollypops. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding delivery charges and recovery costs.
