Little Lollypops will send International parcels using Royal Mail priority airmail with full insurance and proof of posting. We use royal mail in order to keep shipping costs to a minimum.

At this time we are only shipping with the United Kingdom and Europe. Deliveries to Europe use International Standard mail (except for parcels under 2Kg which uses Airmail Small Packets post). Delivery target times (shortest postal time) will vary depending on the EU postal zone with an average of 4-5 days.

If the package does weigh more than 500 grams, we will add the extra postal charges when the order is being processed. If any charge is in excess of £9.99 we will promptly contact you in order to get your approval before we apply the charge.

Items will be sent out within 2 days. If your parcel is urgent please let us know and we will aim to get it out even faster. You will be sent an e-mail notifying you of when your parcel leaves the UK. The expected delivery time for most European parcels is approximately 4-5 days.

The parcel will require a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the parcel is left at the Post Office for your collection, the Postman should leave a card through the door to inform you. If the parcel is not collected by a certain date it is returned to us. We cannot refund the shipping charge in this case and we will have to charge to resend the parcel.
